The struggle
Graduation day from EDHEC Business School
I started my business in 2017. I’d just graduated from Biz School and tried to run my business as I knew I should.
I’d been working in Marketing for a while already, from startups to multi-7-figure companies, so I thought it’d be easy.
The problem? When it came to my business, I struggled with showing up consistently. The more I tried to follow the mainstream biz rules — the more overwhelmed I got. It felt like I was stuck in a hamster wheel, with little results to show for my efforts.
The turning point
After months of stop-and-go — needing to rest in between bouts of hustle — I discovered Human Design.
I realised there was nothing wrong with me: my energy just works differently (I’m a ¼ Ego Manifestor, which means my energy works in bursts rather than sustained output)
Over the next few years, I spent time honing my intuitive abilities. I started helping my Marketing clients in an energetic way, as well as a strategic one. I could talk to someone and realise what their business needed in a few minutes — making their progress faster and easier.

The integration
Suddenly, it made sense why I couldn’t find ONE strategy to success
(despite buying many courses claiming to!).
Real success comes from mixing tried-and-tested marketing principles… And adapting them to YOUR business. I didn’t abandon marketing (it’s literally part of my brain) — I merged it with a more personal approach to business.
From there, I built a business that integrated structure + energy. I refined my messaging, built offers that could support me even on low energy days, and streamlined my processes so I could work less and earn more
Now, I teach what I had to learn the hard (and long) way:
Energy comes first.
Not instead of strategy, but before it.
Your first job is to take care of your energy. When you’re building, it’s hard to see — but pushing through never leads to sustainable results.
Instead, focus on taking care of your energy every day (by resting, playing, tuning in) and building from a place of Overflow.
Marketing can be simple + fun

The way I teach marketing means you’re super clear on who you’re helping (your messaging) so you can create content that converts in a fraction of the time it takes you now…
